Management Team

BMG and BMG Green's success in strategic direction, sales development, research, marketing and international expansion comes from our management staff’s proven backgrounds with equipment manufacturers.

Supporting this team is a dedicated group of channel specialists, project managers, writers, marketers, PR specialists, art directors and social media experts.

 

Brian Barlow

As founder of BMG in 1991, Brian has been instrumental in working with 75+ manufacturers to achieve their growth goals. He offers extensive experience in strategic planning, sales and channel development and marketing.

Credentials include: former co-owner of an asphalt components and parts supply house; former co-owner of an international construction equipment manufacturer's sales representative company; member of the (Pit & Quarry Magazine) Stone Summit; current AEM participant on the Construction Equipment Executive, Market Intelligence and Membership Committees; industry speaker on international and North American sales development and marketing; and former experience as a marketing director for a leading manufacturer pioneering geothermal technology.

 

Troy Scroggins

Troy offers more than 18 years of marketing and product management experience within the construction, agriculture and industrial industries. His background includes strategic planning, market and product research, and experience with multiple distribution channel structures.

Prior to joining BMG, Troy was a Marketing Manager at Wacker Corporation (a leading manufacturer of light construction equipment). He worked closely with upper management, sales and product management during his 6 years with the company to help drive strategic- and market-related initiatives.

He has additional experience as a Product Manager for construction and industrial equipment wire cable manufacturer MacWhyte and as a Marketing Manager with Belarus Machinery (agricultural tractors). Troy has a Business Administration Degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin.

Kerry Johnson

Kerry has been actively involved for several years leading the BMG and BMG Green graphics, web and social media teams. His responsibilities include website development, interactive media, social media marketing, creative concepting, print production and server management. With previous employers, he produced projects for two automotive manufacturers, including Dana and Keihin Indiana Precision Technology. Kerry takes a highly proactive approach to learning new technology and staying informed about industry trends, including print and interactive media.
