Brand – BMG has worked with many manufacturers over the years to help develop, expand and maximize brand value within their sales channels, end-users and industries.
Sales – BMG has developed and helped execute numerous customized short- and long-term, direct- and channel-focused sales strategies and programs to generate sales. We quickly take advantage of competitive and industry opportunities as they arise. Projects have included factory and rep sales strategies, processes and targeted national and regional efforts.
Dealer – BMG has created, improved and/or fixed numerous types of equipment dealer networks and rental channels. Our involvement often includes creating multi-tier new dealer channels and effective motivation and discount structures, executing successful dealer evaluation programs, resolving dealer conflicts and developing dealer training and practical incentive programs.
Channel – Many manufacturers ask BMG to investigate, strategize and develop new or additional sales channels for new and existing products. Over the years, BMG has worked in numerous channels – from new and used heavy equipment to light equipment and parts.
Product – BMG has helped manufacturers evaluate the product needs and opportunities within their markets to determine if and how the manufacturer can be successful. Details often include competing products and technologies, demand expectations, pricing considerations and product origination options.
Market – BMG has worked extensively with manufacturers to successfully develop new markets and new applications within the same markets for single products and complete product lines. We also specialize in investigating and developing foreign markets for specific product lines.
National Accounts – BMG has played a critical role in helping several manufacturers develop customized proposals and presentations for targeted national account programs, and worked extensively on the resulting agreements. BMG created and executed the on-going education and promotion of these agreements within the national account community.
